Thursday 29th November

We send six runners down to Thurles today.

SIR CARNO is our first runner of the day in the Killinan Beginners Chase. He took to his fences well on his chasing debut at Punchestown and should finish in the mix here today. Davy Russell rides.

ECLAIR DE BEAUFEU is making his third start for the yard in the Cahir Maiden Hurdle. He has strong bumper form in France and hasn’t disappointed on his first two starts over hurdles. We’re hoping this will be a winning start for him today under Davy Russell.

TINTANGLE (pictured) runs in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Hurdle over 2 miles. She’s a dual bumper winner who was going well when unfortunately falling 2 out on her hurdling debut last month. She’s in good spirits at home and the small field will suit her today. Rachel Blackmore rides.

EXTRAPOLATE makes his debut over hurdles in the Holycross Maiden Hurdle. He never got a win under his belt in his bumper races but finished a good second behind Pakens Rock earlier in the month. We’re hoping he’ll take to his hurdles well today under Davy Russell.

SERIOUS EGO drops back in trip to 2 miles in the Templemore Handicap Hurdle. He put in some good efforts in handicap company and we’re hoping that the step back in trip and addition of first time blinkers may show more improvement. Davy Russell rides.

ASKARI is our final runner of the day in the Thurles Handicap Hurdle. He ran well to finish 3rd at Clonmel on his last outing and we have stepped him up in trip today to 2m6f. The trip should suit and with the addition of first time blinkers today we hope that he will get his head in front. Davy Russell rides.
