We have six runners in Fairyhouse today.

SWORDSMAN runs in the Happy New Year from Fairyhouse Maiden Hurdle over 2m 4f. He ran well last day out in Fairyhouse to finish in 2nd place. It is very possible he can improve on that today. Jack Kennedy takes the ride. TAKE A TURN runs in this also. He has not had a run since September where he was slightly disappointing. The run will do him good today. Luke Dempsey takes the ride.

SUNSETSTORISE runs in the Donnelly Providers Handicap Hurdle over 2m. We would be hoping to see an improvement on his last run. Jack Kennedy takes the ride.

ESHTIAAL runs in the Fairyhouse On Social Media Beginners Steeplechase over 2m 5f. He ran just last week. He  is a nine-times winner but hasn’t won since July 2016 and has been beaten out of sight in his three chase completions to date. Denis O’ Regan takes the ride. ROARING BULL also run in this.  He ran well on chase debut at Fairyhouse recently. Jack Kennedy takes the ride.

MULTIFACTORIAL runs in the Join Us in January INH Flat Race over 2m. He has the experience of two bumper runs and finished second at Down Royal last month. Lisa O’ Neill takes the ride.

BOLD GESTURE runs in the David Flynn Building Contractors Maiden Hurdle. He ran into second place last day out and has to be respected here today. Davy Russell takes the ride.

MORATORIUM runs in the South East Cleaners Maiden Hurdle over 2m 5f. He won in Down Royal back in May.He ran into 4th place on his most recent run. He will  have come from that and should show improvement here today. Davy Russell rides.

ASKARI runs in the Tramore Medical Clinic Handicap Hurdle over 2m 5f. He has been in great form recently being placed on his last few runs and winning in Navan most recently. Davy Russell takes the ride.

ALPHA DES OBEAUX runs in the Savills Steeplchase over 2m 5f. He was runner-up to Kemboy in the Clonmel Oil Chase. Davy Russell takes the ride.

TICKET TO RIDE runs in the Tom Carroll Memorial Handicap Steeplechase over 2m5f. He recently ran well in Down Royal to finish in 3rd place. Davy Russell takes the ride.
