We return to the track today across in Naas, where we have 7 runners going to post.

We kick things off with two runners in the first BATTLE OF WILLS and GARRISON COMMANDER. Battle of Wills was a reasonable horse on the flat before coming to us and will have his first run over obstacles here. Davy Russell has been booked to ride. Garrison Commander is improving all the time for his racing. He seems to finish with a flurish so the up hill run in should suit. Keith Donoghue will ride.

Again we have two runners for the Grade 3 Limestone Lad Hurdle. MENGLI KHAN has switched back to hurdling after not taking to chasing and we hope we have caught him on a good day her, Davy Russell will ride. Our second runner SUTTON PLACE is a very good horse and will be returning after a bit of a lay off. Mark Walsh rides and we hope the pair can get on well.

ELWOOD goes for the Grade 3 Novice Chase. He stayed on gamely last time and deserves to be upped in grade. Davy Russell has been booked to ride.

Another nice horse Glens Finale goes in the Maiden Hurdle. It’s not quite the max field of 25 but it looks like 19 will be going to post. This horse has won a point to point so jumping will be no issue. He’ll get plenty of cover and will have Davy Russell for company.

Lastly we have SAINT D’OROUX in the handicap hurdle. He had a few runs in maiden hurdle to no avail and looks well treated in this. The slight drop in trip might also help him. We’ve booked Luke Dempsey to ride.

We wish all our runners and rider the very best of luck.
