Today marks our second day of Cheltenham confirmations as we prepare for departure to the Festival. But before that we still have some domestic runners as we head to Thurles with 4 runners.

Our first runner is EDENE D’ARC in the opening Mares Chase over 2m2f. This mare has been very unlucky on her first two starts over fences parting company with her jockey on both occasions. She has showed she is capable on the flat and over hurdles and we hope this race she can finish in the frame and have a nice run. Davy Russell has been booked to ride.

There is a large break of 3 races before our next runner, MULTIFACTORIAL in the maiden hurdle. This horse hasn’t been out since New Years Day so hopefully he will be fresh for this. We have decided to claim off him and have put up 5lbs claimer Sean O’Keeffe.

BRAESIDE really wears his heart on his sleeve and tries very hard in all his races. Stepping him up in trip has helped where he was a good 6th on his first run over 3 miles last time. That seemed a bit far so we are returning to 2m 6f which looks like his distance based off his last run over it. Davy Russell will ride.

Lastly we have CURLEW HILL who will be making his debut for the yard. He was a very eye catching 3rd last time and has beat one or two of the field before. He looks like he’s on the up and will have Jamie Codd in the saddle but Willie’s horse is an obvious danger. Hopefully the horse can have a nice run on debut for his new connections.

We wish all our runners and riders the very best of luck and for a safe return.
