It was great to get another winner at the Listowel festival as Weseekhimhere streaked clear to win his second bumper on the bounce.

There is a real feel that winter is on the way as we head across to Roscommon today with 6 nice horse for their jumps card.

Thee afternoon kicks off with BACCHUS LESCRIBAA in the Maiden Hurdle over 2m. Hurdling looks to be on paper more up his ally with a strong French pedigree in the division. He didn’t set the world alight in his only start in bumpers but we will be hoping for improvement here, Denis O’Regan has been booked to ride. MR SOLOMON looks to be of the same profile as the addition of jumps should set him on the way for a bit of improvement the very inform Kevin Sexton has been booked to ride.

We have a little breather of one race before we have a new recruit for the Oran Handicap Hurdle over 2m. PRESENTING DYLAN has shown in the past that he has some ability and slots well into this race. We’ll be hoping for a good performance from him on stable debut, Jack Kennedy will take the ride.

CHERIF DE L’ISLE sits as top weight for the Roscommon Handicap Hurdle over an extented 3m and will have Jack Kennedy in the saddle. This horse can not be denied the title of consistency as he has got his head into the frame on his last three starts. Fingers crossed for another good run.

Nearly pulling off a win the last day off a long break was AMOR VERDADERO who surprised everyone by coming a close 2nd on her racecourse return over hurdles. Today will be her debut over fences in a mares only beginners chase, she will have Jack Kennedy for company.

Finally in the bumper we have CHEMICAL ENERGY who looks to have found a very open race here. There are a number of horses with runs under their belts but all lacking a bit of consistency. Jamie Codd has been booked to ride for this ones debut.
