It was great to get 50 winners up for the season so far and get two horses off the mark in the process. A huge thank you must go to all the owners who kept their faith in us and kept their horses in training during this uncertain time and to all the staff who have worked hard throughout.

Today we head to Punchestown where we have 7 runners. It looks like there may be a few smaller fields as the ground changes as we get ever closer to winter.

DAKOTA MOIRETTE and SILVER STAR kick things off in the Close Brothers Beginners Chase over 2m3f. This has ended up being one of those smaller fields with 7 runners taking part. Dakota Moirette knows what a fence looks like and has experience in this sphere, he will be partnered by Jack Kennedy. Silver Star will be having his first experience in a chase today but is fit and can hopefully sneak a good performance in, Denis O’Regan has been booked to ride.

SOLDIER AT WAR looks like he may be a victim of the changing ground conditions in what looks a very open race, Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

Having his first venture onto the racetrack is LUCKY FELLA who comes from a lovely French family who have been very successful middle distance horses. We hope this horse can follow in the footsteps of Duffle Coat and Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

Taking a step up in company is CURLEW HILL who goes for the Dooley Insurance Group Hurdle. There are a few talented looking individuals in this contest and it won’t be as straight forward as his last run because of this, Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

We don’t have a runner in what has become the largest field of the day and we therefor move on to the Killashee Hotel Mares Maiden Hurdle where BETH HORAN is our only representative. This will be her first start over hurdles ground permitting, Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

Finally in the Hanlon Concrete C&G Maiden Hurdle we have JIMMY JIMMY who took well to hurdling on his only encounter with them so far. He is entitled to be fancied for this and we hope he can put in a good performance, Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.
