It’s going to be a busy day as we have flat runners at Leopardstown and jumps runners at Ballinrobe.

Firstly we will look at the flat where we top and tail the card. CATHERINE CHROI was second reserve last night at Dundalk and didn’t get in but thankfully she gets in here for the Nursery Handicap over 1m. She’s a lovely filly who tries hard and will be partnered by Leigh Roche with a featherweight 8st9lbs.

ARDAMIR goes for the Breast Cancer Ireland Ladies Handicap. He is a maiden on the flat but is well able to drop back to 1m4f and should be able to run a strong race is this turns into a stamina test. Lisa O’Neill has been booked to ride.

Moving to the jumps we have 3 going to Ballinrobe where it looks like we might be finished nice and early in the afternoon with our last runner coming in the 4th race.

ZANAHIYR makes his first start for us having been bought off the flat for a career in the jumps. There will be a few of them here starting off but the small field should hopefully make it less messy. Keith Donoghue has been booked to ride.

SHEER LISS is another who makes her debut over hurdles. She couldn’t quite catch the winner in a Listed bumper the last day but stayed on strongly to show a very good attitude. This could be another hot race for her and we have booked Keith Donoghue to ride.

Finally we have THE SLIDING ROCK in the BoyleSports Rated Novice Hurdle over 2m5f. This filly took the step up in class two starts ago very well and has formed a good partnership with Bryan Cooper. That partnership has been reunited here again and this looks an exciting race.
