After the excitement of Tiger Roll winning back to back Grand Nationals at Aintree we are back racing on home turf with 8 runners at Fairyhouse.

We have two representatives in the Colm Quinn BMW Maiden Hurdle Over 2m 4f. BRAID BLUE won on his debut on the race track back in July and followed that on with another win in Perth in the August. After a bit of a break from the track he returned to Ayr in February of this year where he ran into 5th place. He’s in great form at home and could be in the mix here today. CAMDEN VILLAGE makes his debut on the track. He has been working well at home and we’ll learn a lot about him today.

ECLAIR DE BEAUFEU runs in the Fairyhouse Novice Hurdle. He was unlucky to unseat his rider when in contention at the last in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham. Today will be a chance for him to gain some confidence back after that run.

DUKE’S GIRL runs in the Huntington’s Disease Assoc Handicap Hurdle. This is her first start since recently joining the yard and although she’s yet to get a win to her name she could surprise us here today by finishing in the mix.

He has been very impressive so far and we are looking forward to his run. Milan Native is another one who has been impressive lately.
